seminar will include drills to develop understanding and skills in the

fear of being cut causes tension.
· Using
breathing and movement to release tension.
· Developing
sensitivity to metal edged weapons.
· Learning how
to safely contact a blade.
· Learning how
to redirect a blade back to the attacker
· Methods of
Knife disarming
· How bladed
weapons can amplify intention.
· Methods of
using blades to relax the body.
· Breathing to
calm the psyche and remove pain.
