Complete-Strength Close Quarter Defence (CSCQD) training is about function. These principles are well researched, easy to implement, and focus directly on a functional end-state: a body with high calibre defence, strength and efficiency.
CSCQD covers tactics of all possible strikes and kicks, chokes and holds, grappling and ground work, single and multiple opponents, and empty handed and armed assailants. Emphasis is on the structure of a confrontation, the knowledge of Fear/Adrenaline, economy of motion, continuous attack and unpredictable moves. This is a complete and versatile system of martial arts!
This art was developed for REAL situations. It is an art for the streets. A true and effective self-protection system that gets you out of trouble in a hurry and stops even the most seasoned street-fighter.
CSCQD focuses on continual improvement, learning about the structure of the human body for self defence and gaining complete strength. From swinging our beloved Kettlebells to Turkish get-ups and one-leg squats, the results are declarative.
